Tips For Decal Placement

Where to Place: Attach at least 5 of the 6 issued decals to painted metal surfaces inside the trunk and door jambs, ensuring they are positioned away from sunlight and exposure to the elements. If you prefer to place decals in other areas, be sure to record their locations in your account paperwork for future reference.

Window Deterrent Stickers

Where to Place: Attach 2 clear warning window stickers to the inside of the front door windows – one on the driver's side and one on the passenger's side. Position them generally just above the exterior door handles.
Adhesive Tip: The stickers peel from the clear backing, with the adhesive on the front of the sticker. This allows them to be placed on the "Inside" of the windows, ensuring they can be read from outside the vehicle.

Decal Application Tips

Clean First: Ensure the surface is clean and free of dirt, wax, grease, or moisture. For best results, clean the area with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry completely before applying the decals.
Apply Firmly: Press firmly when applying the decals. The adhesive is designed for ultraviolet detection and will not function properly if the decal is removed and reapplied.
List Locations: Record the locations where you placed your decals in your account paperwork for future reference.
