When will my kit ship after activation? +
Physical kits (decals, locks, key shield boxes, GPS devices depending on your plan) ship within 3β5 business days of activation to the address on file. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
How do I update my vehicle or contact information? +

When does my monthly $19.99 charge begin? +
Your first monthly charge occurs 30 days after your initial activation date. After that, charges recur monthly on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
How do I add another vehicle to my account? +
You can add additional household vehicles at a discounted rate of $99 activation per vehicle plus $19.99/month. Call us at 1-888-992-6659 or use the activation page on our website to enroll additional vehicles.
