b. Wholesale Customers: Wholesale customers who purchase services at a discounted wholesale rate must adhere to the cancellation terms outlined in their wholesale agreement. Please refer to your wholesale agreement for cancellation policies. - Return Policy
a. Retail Customers: Retail customers may return their purchased services within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping charges. b. Wholesale Customers: Wholesale customers must adhere to the return policies outlined in their wholesale agreement. Please refer to your wholesale agreement for return procedures and eligibility criteria. - Refunds
