PREFERRED PLAN
1. License Plate Recognition – Data Base Access:
CarSmarti’s License Plate Recognition (LPR) Services leverage a centralized network of Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) databases, capturing up to 350 million plates monthly to aid in stolen vehicle recovery. Accessible only with an active police report, our dedicated advocates work directly with law enforcement, utilizing real-time location data to maximize the chances of recovering stolen vehicles quickly and efficiently.
2. Paint-Etching Identifying Decals:
CarSmarti’s decals act like a fingerprint for your vehicle. A special paint etching process marks the car with a unique ID number in hidden areas, which stays even if thieves remove the VIN or license plate. When you enroll your vehicle, it is registered into the National Recovery Network hosted by Public Safety Crime Center (PSCC). This allows law enforcement to quickly identify and confirm the rightful owner, making it faster and easier to recover stolen vehicles. Visible window warning labels are also included to alert and visually deter thieves, reinforcing that the vehicle is protected and traceable. The added protection helps discourage theft, knowing the car can still be tracked and recovered.
3. Concierge Recovery Services:
CarSmarti’s Concierge Recovery Service steps in after a vehicle is reported stolen, assisting law enforcement with tracking through a national database. We guide you through the process, coordinating with insurance providers, local surveillance, and offering help with replacement transportation and discounts when available, to make the recovery process as smooth as possible.

4. Preprogrammed Recovery Chip Device:
In the unfortunate event that your vehicle is stolen, our preprogrammed tracking device, managed by CarSmarti, can aid law enforcement in locating and recovering your vehicle. The device can be discreetly placed anywhere in the vehicle and is designed to last for a full year. To ensure continuous protection, a new device with the latest technology will be sent to you every twelve months, preprogrammed for easy replacement. This keeps your vehicle equipped with the most advanced tracking available, maximizing recovery efforts.
5. Steering Wheel Seat Belt Lock:
The lock set is built with durable materials to safeguard your vehicle against theft. It securely locks the steering wheel and seatbelt buckle together, making it harder for thieves to operate the vehicle. Its bright, visible design also acts as a strong deterrent, discouraging criminals from attempting to steal your car.
6. Key Shield Box:
Our Key Shield Box is an RFID-protected storage box specifically designed to safeguard your car keys. By blocking the key fob’s radio frequency, it prevents thieves from intercepting signals and gaining unauthorized access to your vehicle. This added layer of security ensures that your car remains protected, even from advanced electronic theft attempts. Made with durable materials, the Key Shield Box offers both peace of mind and reliable protection for your vehicle.

Additional Household Vehicle Coverage
Add Additional Devices and Products for Other Household Vehicles:
For added protection, you have the option to add a household vehicle into the national recovery network, which access to the national LPR Recovery Database and paint etching decals for other household vehicle protection at a discounted rate of $99 for each additional covered vehicle, and $125.00 for each recovery chip device, steering wheel lock and key shield box package. This one-time fee includes activation and setup. Additionally, there will be an extra $19.99 fee per month for each maintained household vehicle into the LPR database / paint etching decal set added to cover the maintenance of tracking assistance services and National Database access.
